In the event you forget a password for your computer, email, or social media accounts, you can reset your password directly through the system or application you’re using. In most cases, you can reset your password by answering a series of security questions or by requesting an email that contains a password reset link.

To change your password if you’re already logged in:
Click account in the top right of Facebook.
Select Settings and privacy, then click Settings.
Click Security and login.
Click Edit next to Change password.
Enter your current password and new password.
Click Save Changes.

You can cancel your account at any time during your paid subscription.

Trial users don’t need to do anything! You can continue to use your account until the end of the trial. After that, as long as you don’t upgrade, your account will be closed.

If you want to stop your trial early, follow the steps below for paying users.

As a reminder, no credit card information was taken when you signed up for the free trial.

Depending on the delivery option you selected at checkout, we’ll email you a tracking link after your order has been shipped.

Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout? No worries, we’ve all done it. As long as your order hasn’t processed or shipped, you can make changes to it.

You’ll first want to pull up your order. If you placed your order while logged in to your account, login and choose Your Account from the drop-down menu under your username. On your Account page, select Orders from the left-hand side, and find the order you’d like to update from your Order History.

Canceling your order is the last thing we want to do but some situations come up where cancellation is the best option to save you time and money. If your order is canceled, you won’t be charged. Find more information about auth holds.

The most common reasons an order might be canceled are:

We will send you an email if any part of your order is canceled or if we need more information to process your order.

In case of not receiving your full order, Please follow these steps:

  1. Check your confirmation email: Verify the items you ordered and confirm whether all items were meant to arrive in the same shipment.
  2. Inspect the packaging: Smaller items may sometimes be packed separately or hidden within the packaging materials.
  3. Check for multiple shipments: Your order might have been split into multiple deliveries. Look for tracking details in your email to confirm.
  4. Contact us: If you’re still missing items, reach out to our support team at info@vesturegear.com or call us on WhatsApp. Provide your order number, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We’re here to help! If you experience any issues with your order (e.g., incorrect item, damaged product, or missing items), please follow these steps:

  1. Check your order details: Review your confirmation email or account to ensure the items and details match what you received.
  2. Take pictures: If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, take clear photos as proof.
  3. Contact us: Reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. You can email us at info@vesturegear.com or call us on WhatsApp. Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and any photos (if applicable).
  4. Resolution: Our team will review the issue and provide a solution, such as a replacement, refund, or further assistance, depending on the situation.

Returns & Refunds

After submitting your return, please allow at least 2-3 weeks of processing time before checking your refund status.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order by following these steps:

  1. Check our return policy: Ensure your item qualifies for a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Contact us: Email us at info@vesturegear.com or WhatsApp us to request a return. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Get a return label: Once approved, we’ll send you a return label along with instructions on how to package and ship the item back to us.
  4. Ship the package: Use the provided return label to send your package back to us via our designated shipping carrier. Ensure the package is securely sealed.
  5. Refund or exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 2-3 weeks. Refunds will be issued to your Vesture Gear Account.

If you need to return an item, follow these simple steps to get a return label:

  1. Submit a return request: Contact our customer support team at info@vesturegear.com or via WhatsApp. Please include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive approval: Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a return label with instructions.
  3. Print the label: Download and print the return label provided in the email.
  4. Prepare the package: Repack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if available) and attach the return label to the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the item: Drop off your package at the designated shipping carrier listed on the label.

Shipping & Tracking

At this time, we can’t change your delivery address once the order has been processed. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can file a cancellation request. Then, you can place a new order with the correct address.

Please note: The expected shipping times for orders within Lahore takes 2-3 working days whereas, for other cities it is 3-5 working days.

 

If you’ve ordered during one of our sales it gets pretty busy, so your delivery might take a little longer to get to you.
